We are on the ground floor of South Tower (rooms starting with #4) at Chula Vista Resort. The building is located between the North Tower (rooms starting with #3) and Condo (rooms starting with #2) buildings.

If you enter the building at the hotel lobby, take the corridor to the left of the front desk and walk past the gift shop. We are just around the corner.

You may also use the entrance that has Kaminski's Chophouse sign above it. Take the stairs or the elevator down one floor.

If you are coming from the indoor waterpark, following the "tunnel" will lead you directly to us.

Booking your reservations ahead of time is always a good idea. As the summer season kicks off, the area will be filled with families, events such as weddings, birthday, or bachelorette parties, and other groups. Sometimes our entire schedule for the day/weekend can fill up in a matter of 60-120 minutes.

We recommend booking at least a week in advance, but if we have availability, we will gladly welcome walk-ins.

24+ hours' notice:

If you provide us with 24 hours' notice (or more) we will cancel your reservation without any charges. We will also gladly offer to reschedule you for any day/time that is more convenient for you.

Less than 24 hours:

50% of service cost will be charged.

Same-Day Cancellation:

100% of service cost will be charged to the card on file.

"No-Shows" will be treated the same.

We use Vagaro platform for our reservations. It is a popular platform amongst spas, salons, and gyms. The login button allows you to sign in with your Vagaro account and schedule your appointment. Signing in is not required to browse and has no impact on any other function of our website.
