Group Reservations:

Please call (608) 253-0039 or e-mail info@navispa.com to schedule your group reservations. 


Parties of 6 or more:

  1. 20% gratuity is applied at checkout (If anyone in your party wishes to increase the amount, they may do so during checkout)
  2. To show our appreciation for taking care of our service providers, we also extend a 10% group discount to all members of your party on all services.
  3. Groups must arrive 30 minutes prior to the first appointment(s).

Please have the following available:

  1. First & last names of every member of the group
  2. Phone number and e-mail address of the organizer
  3. List of service(s) each member wishes to book.
  4. Your check out plan; Will one individual be paying for everyone's services or will each party member be paying individually?

We have no preference; Knowing ahead of time if someone wishes to pay for other people, allows us to set up reservations in such a way that speeds up the checkout process for you.

  2. We require a credit card on file to hold any reservation. If the organizer wishes to use their credit card to hold the reservation for the entire group, your party guests may use a different from of payment at checkout. If your group is over 10 people, we may request more than one credit card to be placed on file to ensure we don't run into credit-limit issues.


Once we have all of the necessary information, we will formulate an efficient treatment schedule/plan. A draft of this schedule will be provided to the organizer of the reservation for approval prior to finalizing your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the significant allocation of our resources and scheduling required for group bookings and given that most of our reservations are secured weeks in advance, we have a modified cancellation policy for groups.


We require a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice for any group cancellation or significant reduction in services.


This policy ensures we can continue to provide exceptional service and manage our schedule effectively for all our guests.
